Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
Because each piece is handcrafted one piece at a time and pearls are naturally unique, slight variations in shape, size, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can assist with a replacement or exchange when possible.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
